Dear Lord Jesus,
I want to thank you that I can approach you as Father, and thank you for being my Abba Father. You meet my needs, love me unconditionally, and want the best for me.
Thank you for being my friend. Thank you that you long to share your secrets with me when I give you the time to listen. I know you want to unveil them to me so we can shift the things that do not bring you glory, including all that is in the spirit realm.
I also want to thank you that you are my judge. Thank you for letting Jesus die on the cross, which was the greatest legal transaction in history. I am coming before you, the ultimate judge, on the basis of that transaction. I come to you by the blood and body of Jesus that has made me righteous. As I stand before you in your righteousness, I recognize there may be transgressions the accuser is holding against me and my family. I now repent and I ask that any sin, impure motives, any wrongful actions, etc., we have committed be forgiven. Thank you for your forgiveness and I am so thankful you freely live in my heart and I am safe in your arms.
I also ask for the blood of Christ to speak for me and my family in the courts of heaven and every accusation to be annulled and be silenced. Thank you for doing this on my behalf and behalf of my family. Lord, I also repent of the iniquity of my bloodline. I by faith, open my bloodline, and I ask that any place in my bloodline that the enemy has been using as a legal right to operate against me or my loved ones be revealed so that I might repent, not just for my sin but for any sin and every covenant made with demonic powers in my blood line.
Lord, I want to say before you that I only want to serve you. I want to say that me and my bloodline belong to you. I want to say I divorce myself from every covenant, any evil powers, or other gods, and I decree with Joshua that “as for me and my house, we will serve the Lord.”
As a citizen of the state of _______________ and the United States of America, I ask for you to be honored and glorified in this election. I ask that you be lifted up so you receive all honor and praise for doing only what you can do. We praise you that there is nothing too big for you and you always are at work on our behalf.
Lord, you tell us that “our battles are not against flesh and blood but against principalities, against powers, against the ruler of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places.” (Eph. 6:10-19). We thank you that we do not need to embrace the ways of man but we are called to put on the armor of God and in faith, believe nothing is too big for you.
We know that deceit is not of you, Lord. We know that lying, cheating, stealing, control, _____________, ______________, are not of you. We know these behaviors are the enemy because it is the enemy who seeks to kill, steal, and destroy. People are not our enemy and help us to see people through the filter of Your love.
We ask for the election to be reflective of honesty, truth, integrity, and fairness. We ask for your divine intervention of any attempts to forge or illegally obtain votes for any candidate regardless of a political affiliation. We ask you send warring angels to do battle on behalf of truth and that you put the “super” back into “natural” so that all people will know that you and you alone receive the credit for integrity returning to the electoral process.
We ask for discernment, wisdom, and trust to be restored and for voters to receive insight in their hearts and minds as they approach the voting process. We ask your peace guide each voter- not anger, unforgiveness, and bitterness. Give each voter eyes to see beyond the opinions of man and to seek your heart.
Thank you, Lord, being such an amazing Father, Friend, and Judge. Thank you for also being my Savior and forgiving my sins so I can spend eternity with you.
You parted the Red Sea and spared your people. You fed 5000 people on 5 loaves and 2 fish. You healed lepers from their leprosy, raised the dead, made the deaf to hear and the blind to see. Intervening in an election is nothing for you but it is big for us so we call on you and trust you to completely as we look up into the heavens and seek your face, love, and guidance.
